Flair Financial Accounting (“FlairFAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct. This policy provides a framework for individuals to report concerns about unethical behavior, legal violations, or misconduct without fear of retaliation.

1. Purpose of the Policy


This policy ensures that:

  • Employees, clients, and partners can report unethical, illegal, or unsafe behavior
  • Grievances are investigated fairly, promptly, and confidentially
  • Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation or adverse consequences
  • FlairFAS complies with applicable laws and donor/regulatory guidelines

2. Scope


This policy applies to:

  • Employees and contractors of FlairFAS
  • Clients, vendors, and service providers
  • Any individual with firsthand knowledge of misconduct affecting FlairFAS operations or reputation

3. What Can Be Reported


You may report issues such as:

  • Fraud, bribery, or financial misstatement
  • Violation of laws, regulations, or donor rules
  • Harassment, discrimination, or abuse in the workplace
  • Breaches of confidentiality or data protection policies
  • Safety risks or threats to public interest

4. Reporting Channels


Reports may be submitted:

  • By email to policy@flairfas.com
  • Through internal HR or management contacts
  • In writing to a supervisor, manager, or designated ethics officer

Anonymous reports are accepted but must include sufficient detail for investigation.

5. Confidentiality


  • All reports are handled with strict confidentiality
  • Your identity (if known) will not be disclosed without your consent unless legally required
  • All data is stored securely and only shared with investigators or authorities when appropriate

6. Investigation Process


Upon receiving a report:

  1. The Ethics Officer will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days
  2. An initial review will determine whether a full investigation is warranted
  3. Investigations will be conducted impartially and may include interviews, document reviews, or third-party support
  4. A resolution will be communicated to the whistleblower where legally and operationally possible

7. Protection from Retaliation


FlairFAS strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. Retaliation includes:

  • Termination or demotion
  • Harassment or intimidation
  • Unjustified negative performance reviews
  • Exclusion from opportunities or resources

Any retaliation should be reported immediately and will be subject to disciplinary action.

8. False or Malicious Reporting


Reports made in bad faith or with malicious intent are a violation of this policy and may result in disciplinary action.
