1. Purpose


This Code of Conduct defines the values and ethical standards that guide all employees, partners, contractors, and representatives of Flair Financial Accounting (FlairFAS). It ensures consistency, integrity, and responsibility in all professional interactions and business practices.

This policy applies to all FlairFAS employees, consultants, vendors, and clients in all locations where FlairFAS operates. It covers behavior during internal work, external engagements, and online conduct.

FlairFAS property, equipment, data, and time must be used responsibly and solely for business purposes unless otherwise authorized.

Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report any violations of this Code through policy@flairfas.com. Reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly without retaliation.

Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary measures, including warnings, suspension, termination, or legal action, depending on the severity of the breach.
