Flair Financial Accounting (“FlairFAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to provide transparent and fair terms regarding refunds and cancellations for our professional services, training programs, and digital products.

1. Service Engagements


For accounting, advisory, audit, legal, or consulting services:

  • Once an engagement letter is signed and work has begun, no refund is available for hours already delivered or committed.
  • If a client cancels before the service begins, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative fees.
  • Any expenses or third-party fees incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

2. Training Programs


For paid training or workshops (onsite or online):

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the session will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3–6 days receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 48 hours or for no-shows.
  • Substituting a participant is allowed with written notice at least 1 day in advance.

3. Subscriptions or Digital Tools


If FlairFAS offers any subscription-based tools, software integrations, or reports:

  • Monthly or quarterly fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle has started.
  • Auto-renewals can be turned off anytime through your client portal or by request.
  • Refunds are issued only for duplicate charges or proven technical errors.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation


All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing to policy@flairfas.com and include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Invoice number or transaction reference
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Exceptions


  • Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of FlairFAS’s service agreement.
  • FlairFAS reserves the right to cancel any engagement or training at its discretion and will issue full refunds if cancellation is not client-initiated.

1. Can I get a refund if I cancel advisory services midway?

Partial refunds are considered only for unused hours if no deliverables were initiated. Any completed work is non-refundable.

2. What happens if FlairFAS cancels a training session?

You will receive a full refund or be offered a rescheduled date or replacement training slot.

3. Are software subscriptions refundable?

Only in cases of technical failure or billing errors. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

4. How do I submit a cancellation or refund request?

Email policy@flairfas.com with your name, invoice number, and reason for the request.

5. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once approved, we process refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method.
